Getting There

Walking
Start at the Tarxien Temples, located in the center of Tarxien. Head south on Triq il-Knisja towards Triq il-Vitorja. Turn right onto Triq il-Vitorja and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Triq il-Hamrija. Take a left on Triq il-Hamrija and walk until you reach the bus stop at Triq il-Hamrija. From there, catch the bus towards Valletta.

After getting off the bus at Valletta, walk towards the ferry terminal. Take the ferry from Valletta to Birgu (Vittoriosa). Once you arrive at Birgu, walk along the waterfront on Xatt l-Assedju l-Kbir. The Malta Maritime Museum will be on your right, easily recognizable by its entrance.
