Start at the Tarxien Temples, which is a well-known landmark in Tarxien. Head northwest on Triq il-Knisja toward Triq il-Belt Valletta. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the traffic lights near the Tarxien bus stop. At this point, turn left onto Triq San Gwann. Continue walking straight for another 600 meters. You will see St. John's Co-Cathedral on your right-hand side at the address Triq San Gwann, Il-Belt Valletta.
