Walking
Start at the Tarxien Temples, which is a well-known landmark in Tarxien. Head northwest on Triq il-Knisja toward Triq il-Belt Valletta. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the traffic lights near the Tarxien bus stop. At this point, turn left onto Triq San Gwann. Continue walking straight for another 600 meters. You will see St. John's Co-Cathedral on your right-hand side at the address Triq San Gwann, Il-Belt Valletta.

From Tarxien, walk to the nearest bus stop located at Triq Bormla. Catch bus number 81 or 82 heading towards Valletta. The journey takes approximately 15-20 minutes. Get off at the last stop in Valletta. From the bus terminal, walk towards Triq San Gwann, which is around a 5-minute walk. St. John's Co-Cathedral will be on your right at Triq San Gwann, Il-Belt Valletta.
