Walking
From the center of Tarxien, head northwest towards Triq il-Knisja. Continue along this road for about 700 meters until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Triq il-Linja. Follow Triq il-Linja for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Triq il-Belt Valletta. Turn left onto Triq il-Belt Valletta and continue straight for about 800 meters. You will see signs directing you towards Valletta. Once you reach Valletta, follow the signs to Mediterranean Street where The Knights Hospitallers is located.

From Tarxien, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Triq il-Knisja. Take bus number 81, 82, or 85 towards Valletta. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Valletta bus terminal. From the bus terminal, walk towards the main entrance of Valletta, then follow the signs for Mediterranean Street. The Knights Hospitallers will be a short walk from there.
