From the center of Tarxien, start at the Tarxien Temples (which is a prominent landmark). Head northwest on Triq il-Knisja towards Triq il-Linja. Continue straight until you reach Triq il-Papa Piju VI. Turn right onto Triq il-Papa Piju VI and walk towards the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Triq Sant' Antnin.
