Car
If you are driving, start from the center of Tas-Silġ Area. Head south on Triq il-Knisja towards Triq l-Istazzjon. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Triq il-Ward. Turn right onto Triq il-Ward and continue for about 1.5 km. Follow the signs for Marsaskala. Once you reach Marsaskala, look for the coordinates VH9F+6G5 on your GPS or maps application. Darmanin Salt Pans will be located on your right.
Public Transportation
If you prefer public transport, take bus number 91 or 92 from Tas-Silġ. The bus will take you towards Marsaskala. Get off at the Marsaskala stop, which is the closest to Darmanin Salt Pans. From the bus stop, you can walk approximately 900 meters south along the coast until you reach VH9F+6G5. The walk will take about 10-15 minutes.
Walking
If you are already in the vicinity of Marsaskala, you can walk to Darmanin Salt Pans. From the Marsaskala waterfront, head south along the coast. Keep walking towards the coordinates VH9F+6G5, which should take about 15-20 minutes on foot. Along the way, enjoy the scenic views of the coast and the local atmosphere.
