Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Vittoriosa (Birgu). Head north on Triq Sant' Anna, then turn right onto Triq San Lawrenz. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout, then take the second exit onto Triq il-Labour. Continue on this road, which becomes Triq Sant' Marija, and follow the signs for the Three Cities. After crossing the bridge into Bormla, follow the signs for St. Paul's Bay. Once you reach St. Paul's Bay, look for signs indicating Wignacourt Tower. There is limited parking available nearby, so be prepared to walk a short distance to the tower.
Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, start at the central bus station in Valletta. Take bus number 81 or 84 towards St. Paul's Bay. The journey will take approximately 45 minutes. Disembark at the 'Wignacourt Tower' bus stop. From there, the tower is just a 5-minute walk. Head northeast on Triq San Franġisk until you reach the tower. Be sure to check the bus schedule for return trips to ensure you do not miss your bus back.
Walking
If you are in the vicinity of St. Paul's Bay, and prefer to walk, head towards the coastline from any central point in the area. Follow the coastal paths or roads, as they will lead you toward Wignacourt Tower. The landmark is situated on Triq San Franġisk, which is easily accessible. The walk offers scenic views of the bay and is a pleasant way to enjoy the area.
