Car
From the Three Cities, drive towards Valletta and follow signs for the Birkirkara road (Triq il-Birkirkara). Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Triq il-Kbira and continue for approximately 5 kilometers. Look for signs to Rabat. Once you enter Rabat, continue to follow signs for Victoria Lines. There is limited parking available near the entrance, so be prepared to walk a short distance.

Public Transportation (Bus)
From the Three Cities, head to the nearest bus stop and take bus number 81 or 82 towards Valletta. Once you arrive at Valletta, transfer to bus number 200 heading to Rabat. Get off at the Rabat bus terminal. From the terminal, you can either walk to the entrance of Victoria Lines, which is about a 20-minute walk, or take a local taxi. Be sure to check the bus schedules as they may vary throughout the day.

If you are in Rabat after taking a bus, head north on Triq Sant'Agata from the bus terminal. Turn right onto Triq il-Kbira and walk straight for about 1.5 kilometers.
