From Valletta's City Gate, take the bus service towards the Sliema Ferries (line 13, 14, or 15). Get off at the stop for the Upper Barracca Gardens. After exiting the bus, walk down the steps towards the lift entrance located at Lascaris. The lift is just a short walk away, and you will see signs directing you.
