    From the Upper Barracca Gardens in Valletta, head down to the main road, Triq Il-Merkanti. Turn left and walk towards the Main Gate of Valletta. Continue straight until you reach the bus terminal at City Gate. From here, take bus number 81 or 82 towards Kalkara. The ride will take about 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Kalkara' stop. Once you get off the bus, walk along Triq Il-Foss and continue straight until you reach Fort Rinella, which will be on your left side.
