From Valletta's waterfront, take the ferry to Birgu (Vittoriosa). Upon arrival, follow the signs to the bus stop and take bus number 81 or 85 towards Marsaxlokk. Get off at the 'Marsaxlokk' stop. Walk towards the sea and follow the road to Triq Il-Qajjenza where It-Torri ta' San Lucjan is located.

If you're feeling adventurous, you can walk from Valletta to Marsaxlokk. The distance is about 8 km (~5 miles) and will take roughly 1.5 to 2 hours. Head south from Valletta towards Floriana, then follow the coastal road towards Marsaxlokk. Keep the sea on your right as you walk. Once you reach Marsaxlokk, look for Triq Il-Qajjenza to find It-Torri ta' San Lucjan.
