If you are near the Upper Barracca Gardens, walk down the steps towards the Lower Barracca Gardens. As you approach the lower gardens, you will see the entrance to Lower Barrakka on your left. It's a short walk of about 5 minutes.

From the Valletta Waterfront, head up towards the city center. Walk through the main gate of Valletta and continue straight along Triq ir-Repubblika. After about 10 minutes, you will reach a fork; take the left path towards Lower Barracca Gardens.
