If you're starting from the Valletta Waterfront, head towards the city center by walking up the steps to the Upper Barracca Gardens. Once in the gardens, enjoy the stunning views and then exit towards Triq Sant' Orsla. Follow this street until you reach the main road, Triq il-Merkanti. Turn left and continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Triq l-Isptar. Turn right onto Triq l-Isptar, and the Mediterranean Conference Centre will be on your left.
