Walking
From the Upper Barracca Gardens, head east towards the main road (Triq Sant' Anna). Turn right onto Triq Sant' Anna and continue until you reach the main square (Pjazza Teatru Rjal). From there, head down the steps towards the waterfront, following the signs for Valletta Waterfront. Walk along the promenade until you reach the end, where you'll find the ferry terminal. Take the ferry to Sliema. Once you disembark in Sliema, walk along the promenade towards St. Julian's. Continue along the coast until you reach Portomaso Marina. It should take about 30-40 minutes.
