Walking
From the Upper Barracca Gardens, head down the steps towards the Valletta Waterfront. Continue along the waterfront promenade until you reach the end of the harbor. Once you reach the end, you will see signs for the ferry terminal. Cross the street and follow the signs to the ferry terminal. Take a ferry to Sliema, and from there, walk towards the coastline. Follow the promenade, and continue walking until you reach St Julian's Bay.
Public Transport - Bus
Locate the nearest bus stop in Valletta, which is usually near the City Gate. Board the bus heading towards St Julian's. The bus number 13 or 14 will take you directly to St Julian's. The bus ride will last approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the stop named 'St Julian's Bay' and walk towards the waterfront to enjoy the bay views.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from any point in Valletta. Simply go to a nearby taxi stand or use a taxi app. Provide the driver with the destination 'St Julian's Bay'. The drive should take about 15 minutes, depending on traffic. The taxi will drop you off near the waterfront where you can explore the bay.
