If you are starting from the Upper Barracca Gardens, exit the gardens and walk down the steps towards the Valletta Waterfront. Once you reach the main road, head towards the direction of the City Gate. Continue walking straight through Republic Street until you reach the junction with Old Theatre Street. Turn left onto Old Theatre Street, and you will find Teatru Manoel on your right.

From City Gate, proceed straight down Republic Street. When you reach the intersection with Old Theatre Street, take a left and continue walking.
