Getting There
Walking
If you are starting from the Upper Barracca Gardens, exit the gardens and head towards the main road called Triq Sant'Anna. Turn left at the intersection onto Triq Sant'Anna. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Triq il-Merkanti. Turn right onto Triq il-Merkanti, and continue walking for a few minutes. You will find the entrance to the Grandmaster Palace on your left.

If you are starting from the Valletta Waterfront area, walk towards the city center along the promenade until you reach the main gate of Valletta. Enter through the City Gate and follow the main street (Republic Street). Continue walking straight down Republic Street until you reach the Palace Square. The Grandmaster Palace Courtyard is located just off to the side of the square, with the entrance facing the square.

If you are near the Malta Experience attraction, exit the attraction and head towards the main road, Triq il-Merkanti. Walk down Triq il-Merkanti until you reach the junction with Triq Sant'Anna. Turn left onto Triq Sant'Anna and walk straight until you see the Grandmaster Palace on your right.

From the National Museum of Archaeology, exit the museum and head towards Republic Street. Turn right onto Republic Street and walk straight. When you reach the Palace Square, the Grandmaster Palace Courtyard will be directly in front of you, just off to the side of the square.
