Walking
If you are starting from the Upper Barracca Gardens, head east towards the main entrance of the gardens. Upon exiting the gardens, you will find yourself on the street called 'Battery Street'. Turn left onto Battery Street and continue straight until you reach the intersection with 'St. Paul Street'. Turn right onto St. Paul Street and walk until you reach the end of the street. At this point, you will see the Great Siege Monument directly in front of you, situated in the square.

From the National Museum of Archaeology, exit the museum and turn right onto Republic Street. Walk straight along Republic Street, which is the main thoroughfare of Valletta. Continue walking until you reach the end of the street and turn left onto St. George's Square. The Great Siege Monument will be located in the square at the end of your path.

If you are near the Lower Barracca Gardens, exit the gardens and head towards the main road, 'Triq Il-Lvant'. Turn left and walk along this road until you come to the junction with 'Pjazza Indipendenza'. Turn right at the junction and continue walking straight. You will soon reach the Great Siege Monument, which is prominently located in the square.
