Starting from the Upper Barracca Gardens, exit through the main gate and turn left towards the main road. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Triq Sant' Anna. Walk straight for about 10 minutes, passing by various shops and cafes. You will eventually reach the Floriana area. The monument is located at VGV4+G63 Publiju, which is a short walk from where you will enter Floriana. Look for a small park area where the Joseph Scicluna Monument is situated.

From the Valletta Waterfront, head towards the bus terminus. Once you reach the terminus, continue along the main road, Triq Sant' Anna. Keep walking until you see the signs for Floriana. As you approach Floriana, keep an eye out for the VGV4+G63 Publiju area. The monument will be located in a small park just off the main road, easily visible from a distance.
