Getting There

Walking
Starting from the main square in Valletta, known as Republic Street, head towards the Upper Barracca Gardens. Walk along Republic Street until you reach the large square at the end, where you'll see the entrance to the Upper Barracca Gardens on your right. Enter the gardens and enjoy the view of the Grand Harbour. Once you leave the Upper Barracca Gardens, head downhill towards the waterfront. You will see a series of steps leading down. Follow these steps down until you reach the Lower Barracca Gardens. The gardens are located right by the water, and you will see signs directing you to Lower Barracca.

If you are near the National Museum of Archaeology, exit the museum and turn right on St. Paul Street. Continue walking straight until you reach the junction with the main road, and turn left onto Republic Street.
