Walking
If you are starting from the Upper Barracca Gardens, exit the gardens and head towards the lift that takes you down to the Valletta waterfront. Once you reach the waterfront, continue walking along the promenade until you reach the end of the waterfront area. Keep an eye out for the signs that guide you towards the main streets of Valletta. After reaching the end of the promenade, take a left turn onto Triq il-Lanca. Follow this road until you reach the intersection with Triq San Pawl. Turn right onto Triq San Pawl, and you will soon see the Paul Boffa Monument on your left at VGW6+986.

Starting from the Parliament Building in Valletta, exit the building and head towards Republic Street. Walk straight down Republic Street until you reach the junction with St. George's Square. From there, take a left onto St. George's Square and continue walking until you reach the end of the square. Turn right onto Triq il-Kbira and walk straight for about 5 minutes. You will see the Paul Boffa Monument on your right at VGW6+986.
