If you are in the heart of Valletta, start at the Upper Barracca Gardens, which provide a beautiful view of the Grand Harbour. From the gardens, exit onto the main street (Merchants Street) and head towards the city gate. Once you reach the City Gate, continue walking straight until you reach the entrance to Republic Street. Continue on Republic Street until you reach the end where it intersects with Vjal Nelson.
