From the Upper Barracca Gardens, head down the steps towards the main street, Republic Street. Once you reach Republic Street, turn left and walk straight for about 10 minutes. You will pass by various shops and cafes. Look for the signs pointing to the Auberge D'Italie. Continue walking until you reach the Auberge D'Italie located at Merchants Street. The entrance to Underground Valletta is at this location.

If you are at the Parliament Building, exit towards Republic Street. Turn right and walk down Republic Street for approximately 5 minutes. You will pass by the National Museum of Archaeology. Keep an eye out for the Auberge D'Italie on your left. Once you see it, enter the building to access Underground Valletta.
