Continue driving until you see signs for Manoel Island. Parking is available near the entrance to Fort Manoel, but be mindful of any parking fees which may apply.

For public transportation, catch a bus heading towards Valletta from any point in the Western District. Look for bus numbers 13, 14, or 15. Disembark at the Valletta Terminus, then transfer to bus number 12 or 13 towards Gżira. Get off at the stop closest to Manoel Island. From there, it’s a short walk across the bridge to Fort Manoel. The bus fare is typically around €1.50 for a single journey.
