If you are traveling by car, start from the central town of Rabat. Drive east on Triq il-Kbira towards Mdina. Once you reach the Mdina Gate, continue straight onto Triq Villegaignon. Follow this road for about 1.5 km until you see signs for Għajn Ħammiem. The location will be on your right at coordinates VCP2+F2M, Mdina. Parking may be limited, so be prepared to park in designated areas or nearby streets.
Public Transportation
To reach Għajn Ħammiem using public transport, take bus number 51 or 53 from Valletta Bus Station. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Mdina stop. From there, you can either walk (about 20 minutes) heading towards Triq Villegaignon, or you can take a local taxi for a more convenient option. Taxi fares may vary, so it’s advisable to confirm the fare before starting your ride.
Walking
If you are already in Mdina, you can walk to Għajn Ħammiem. Head southeast on Triq il-Kbira towards Triq Villegaignon. Continue on Triq Villegaignon for about 1.5 km until you reach your destination. The walk is scenic, allowing you to enjoy the historical surroundings of Mdina.
