If you're driving from Valletta, take the Sliema to Valletta road (Vjal L-Avjazzjoni) and head towards the A3 highway. Follow the signs to Mġarr which will lead you to the Western Region. Once in Mġarr, follow the directions to Ta' Ħaġrat using GPS coordinates 35.9184944, 14.3685917. There is parking available near the site. Note that parking may incur a small fee, typically around €1-€2 per hour.
Public Transportation
To reach Ta' Ħaġrat using public transport, take Bus Route 41 or 42 from Valletta to Mġarr. The journey will take approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Mġarr, it’s a short walk to Ta' Ħaġrat, which is located at W999+9CW, Ta' Ħaġrat, L-Imġarr. Follow the signs towards the temple. Be sure to check the bus schedules for return trips, as they may vary, and be aware that bus tickets cost around €1.50.
