If you are driving, head towards Munxar, Malta. Once you reach Wied il-Ghasri, continue on the road until you see signs for Grotta. Follow the signs, and then park your car at the designated parking area near the entrance to the hiking path. The path leading to Tortoise Rock starts from there. It's a short hike, approximately 15-20 minutes, along a well-marked trail that takes you directly to Tortoise Rock.

Public Transportation
Take the bus to Munxar from the nearest major town, such as Victoria. Make sure to check the bus timetable, as public transport can be infrequent. Once you arrive in Munxar, you will need to walk towards Wied il-Ghasri. Follow signs towards Grotta. The walk from the bus stop to the entrance of the hiking path is about 10-15 minutes. Once you reach the entrance, follow the marked trail for about 15-20 minutes to arrive at Tortoise Rock.

If you are already in Wied il-Ghasri, simply locate the path that leads to Grotta. Look for any local signs indicating the direction towards Tortoise Rock. The trail is fairly easy to navigate and will take you about 15-20 minutes of walking. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes as the terrain can be rocky in some areas.
