Starting from the Xaghra village center, make your way to the main road known as Triq Il-Kbira. Head east towards the small roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Triq Il-Baħar. Continue straight until you reach a fork in the road. Keep left at the fork, and after about 500 meters, you will reach a sign indicating Tal-Mixta Cave. Follow the signs along the dirt path leading up to the cave entrance. The walk is approximately 30 minutes from the village center.

From Xaghra, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Triq Il-Kbira. Look for bus routes heading towards Nadur. Board the bus and enjoy the ride, which takes about 10 minutes.
