Walking
From the central square in Xaghra, head southeast on Triq il-Knisja, passing the church on your left. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Triq San Piju. Turn left onto Triq San Piju and follow it for about 500 meters. You will then see a sign for Xwejni Salt pans. Follow the path leading down towards the coast. The salt pans are located in Żebbuġ, so you will need to continue along this path for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach the salt pans.

Bicycle
Start at the Xaghra square and head towards Triq il-Knisja, cycling past the church. Turn left onto Triq San Piju and continue for about 500 meters. Look for a sign for Xwejni Salt pans and follow the path towards the coast. You will cycle for approximately 1 kilometer until you arrive at the salt pans. Be cautious of pedestrians and enjoy the scenic route along the coastline.

From the central bus stop in Xaghra, take bus number 41 towards Victoria. Get off at the stop for Żebbuġ. Once you arrive, walk towards the coast by following the signs for Xwejni Salt pans, which is about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. The salt pans are located along the water's edge and are easily accessible from the main road.
