Getting there

Walking

From the center of Xlendi, head towards the Xlendi promenade which runs along the coast. Walk towards the right side of the bay until you reach the end of the promenade. Continue along the path that leads up the hill; you will see signs pointing towards Hondoq Bay. Follow this path, and after approximately 20 minutes of walking, you will reach Hondoq Bay. The path is well-marked and offers beautiful views of the coastline.

Public Transport (Bus)

From Xlendi, walk to the nearest bus stop located near the Xlendi Hotel. Take the bus heading towards Mgarr. The bus ride will take you about 15 minutes. Get off at the stop for Hondoq Bay. After disembarking, you will see a path leading directly to the bay, which is just a short walk away.

Bicycle Rental

If you wish to cycle to Hondoq Bay, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Xlendi. Once you have your bike, follow the coastal road leading out of Xlendi. The ride will take around 15-20 minutes. Keep an eye out for signs directing you towards Hondoq Bay as you approach the area. The route is relatively flat and offers scenic views of the surrounding landscape.
