From the main promenade in Xlendi, head east towards the Xlendi Tower. Continue walking along the coastline, following the path that hugs the bay. After about 10-15 minutes, you will reach a fork in the path. Keep to the right to follow the trail that leads to San Niklaw Bay. As you approach the bay, you will see a rocky beach area and clear blue waters. San Niklaw Bay is located just past the rocky outcrop.

Alternatively, if you are near the Xlendi bus stop, exit the stop and head towards the coast. Walk down the main road towards the bay, passing by various restaurants and shops. Once you reach the water, veer left and continue walking along the waterfront. After approximately 15-20 minutes, look for signs indicating San Niklaw Bay, which will guide you to the right path leading to the bay.
