Walking
Starting from the center of Xlendi, head towards the main road (Triq il-Lokk). Proceed southwest along this road until you reach the intersection with Triq Xlendi. At this junction, turn left onto Triq Xlendi and continue walking. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will arrive at a roundabout. Take the second exit onto Triq il-Vigneto. Follow this road for about 700 meters until you reach a sign for Ta’ Kola Windmill. The windmill will be situated to your right. Follow the signs directing you to the entrance.

From Xlendi, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Triq il-Lokk. Take bus route 305 towards Victoria (Rabat). After about 15 minutes, get off at the bus stop 'Xagħra'. From there, walk approximately 1 kilometer northeast along Triq il-Lokk, then turn left onto Triq il-Vigneto. Follow the signs to Ta’ Kola Windmill, which will be on your right.
