Starting from the center of Xlendi, head towards the main road (Triq il-Lokk). Proceed southwest along this road until you reach the intersection with Triq Xlendi. At this junction, turn left onto Triq Xlendi and continue walking. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will arrive at a roundabout. Take the second exit onto Triq il-Vigneto. Follow this road for about 700 meters until you reach a sign for Ta’ Kola Windmill. The windmill will be situated to your right. Follow the signs directing you to the entrance.

From Xlendi, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Triq il-Lokk. Take bus route 305 towards Victoria (Rabat). After about 15 minutes, get off at the bus stop 'Xagħra'. From there, walk approximately 1 kilometer northeast along Triq il-Lokk, then turn left onto Triq il-Vigneto. Follow the signs to Ta’ Kola Windmill, which will be on your right.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the center of Xlendi and cycle towards Triq il-Lokk. Continue southwest until you reach the intersection, then turn left onto Triq Xlendi. Keep cycling for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Triq il-Vigneto and follow it for approximately 700 meters. Look for the signs directing you to Ta’ Kola Windmill, which will be on your right side. The ride is scenic and should take about 15-20 minutes.
