Getting There

Walking
From the center of Zejtun, head northwest towards Triq il-Linja. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at Triq tal-Ghajn. Take the first exit onto Triq il-Kappillan. Follow this road until you reach Triq Sant'Antnin. Turn left onto Triq Sant'Antnin and walk until you reach the bus stop at Zejtun. Here, catch the bus route 81 towards Valletta. After a 15-20 minute ride, get off at the bus stop near the Kordin Industrial Estate. From the bus stop, walk towards the coast, following signs for Gżira. Continue along the waterfront until you reach Manoel Island, where Fort Manoel is located.

Starting from Zejtun, walk to the nearest bus stop (located at Triq Sant'Antnin). Board bus number 81 heading towards Valletta. Stay on the bus for approximately 15-20 minutes. Disembark at the bus stop nearest to Gżira. From there, walk towards the coast, following the signs leading to Manoel Island. Once you reach the island, Fort Manoel will be visible, and you can follow the path to the entrance.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from Zejtun and head northwest towards Triq il-Linja. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout and take the first exit onto Triq il-Kappillan. Keep riding straight until you reach the bus stop at Zejtun. From there, follow the signs for Gżira, cycling along the coast. The ride should take around 30 minutes, and you will arrive at Fort Manoel on Manoel Island.
