Walking
From the center of Zejtun, head north on Triq il-Knisja (Church Street) towards Triq il-Limiti. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Triq il-Wied. Turn left onto Triq il-Wied and walk for about 10 minutes. You'll pass by several local shops and cafes. When you reach the roundabout at the end of Triq il-Wied, take the second exit onto Triq il-L-Imdina. Continue straight for approximately 15 minutes until you reach the waterfront area of Birgu. Fort St. Angelo will be on your left, overlooking the Grand Harbour.
Public Transport
From Zejtun, locate the nearest bus stop on Triq il-Knisja (Church Street). Take bus number 81 towards Valletta. After about 20 minutes, disembark at the Valletta Terminus. From there, switch to bus number 3 or 2 heading to Birgu. The bus ride will take approximately 10 minutes. Once you arrive at Birgu, walk towards the waterfront area, and Fort St. Angelo will be visible on your left.
Taxi or Rideshare
If you prefer a more direct route, you can book a taxi or use a rideshare service. Provide the driver with the address: Waterfront, Birgu. The journey should take around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic, and will take you directly to the entrance of Fort St. Angelo.
