Public Bus
From Zejtun, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Triq il-Lewza. Catch bus number 81 or 83 heading towards Valletta. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the Valletta bus terminal. From Valletta, transfer to bus number 13, which will take you directly to Sliema. The Sliema Ferry terminal is located a short walk from the bus stop.
Walking
If you prefer to walk and enjoy the sights, start from the center of Zejtun at the Parish Church. Head north on Triq il-Kbira, then turn left onto Triq Fgura. Continue walking straight until you reach Triq il-Wied, where you will turn right. Follow this road until you reach the coast, and then head left towards Sliema. This longer route will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, but you will enjoy the scenic views along the way.
Taxi
For a quicker option, you can call a local taxi service. Simply ask for a taxi to take you from Zejtun to Sliema Ferry. The taxi ride will take around 20 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your journey.
Cycle
If you are feeling adventurous and would like to cycle, you can rent a bike from various rental shops in Zejtun. From the center of Zejtun, head towards Triq il-Kbira and then follow the road towards the coast. Cycle along the promenade toward Sliema. This route will take approximately 30 to 40 minutes, providing a pleasant ride along the waterfront.
