Getting There

Walking
From the center of Zurrieq, head south on Triq il-Knisja towards Triq il-Ward. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Triq il-Baħar. Follow this road, which will lead you out of Zurrieq. After approximately 1 kilometer, you will reach a fork; take the left path that leads to the coast. Continue along this road, and you will see signs for the Blue Grotto. The scenic spot is located near the water's edge, and you will find designated pathways leading to viewing areas.

Public Bus
From Zurrieq, walk to the nearest bus stop (Zurrieq, Il-Knisja) located on Triq il-Knisja. Take bus number 201 towards 'Hagar Qim'. The journey takes about 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Blue Grotto' stop. From the bus stop, follow the signs towards the Blue Grotto. It is a short walk downhill to the viewing areas and boat launch.

Bicycle
If you have a bicycle, start from the center of Zurrieq and head south on Triq il-Knisja. Continue straight and take the roundabout exit onto Triq il-Baħar. Follow this road for about 1 kilometer until you reach the fork. Take the left path towards the coast. The ride is mostly flat and scenic. Once you reach the Blue Grotto area, you can park your bicycle at the designated bike racks before proceeding on foot to the viewing points.
