Start at the Zurrieq square (Pjazza Zurrieq) where you can find various shops and cafes. From the square, head south on Triq il-Kbira, passing the church on your left. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Dawret il-Qalb Mqaddsa. Keep walking straight along this road for about 15-20 minutes. You will see the End of Cold War Memorial on your left, just before you reach Birżebbuġa.
