If you are driving from Annapolis Waterfront, start by heading east on West Street toward the intersection with College Avenue. Continue straight onto Forest Drive (MD-665) and then take the ramp onto US-50 E toward Bay Bridge. Merge onto US-50 E and follow the signs for I-97 N. Take exit 22 for MD-2 N toward Annapolis. Continue on MD-2 N, and then turn left onto E College Parkway. Sandy Point State Park will be on your right at 1100 E College Pkwy, Annapolis, MD 21409. There is a parking fee of $3 per vehicle on weekdays and $5 on weekends and holidays.
