Walking
If you are in downtown Annapolis, start at the Maryland State House located at 100 State Circle. Head northwest on State Circle toward Maryland Ave. Continue straight onto Church Circle, then take the first exit onto West St. Walk for about 0.5 miles until you reach the Annapolis Transit Bus Station at 3 Park Ave. From there, take the 99 bus towards the New Carrollton Metro Station. The bus will take you to the nearest Metro station, where you can transfer to the Green Line towards Branch Ave.

Public Transportation
From the Annapolis Transit Bus Station at 3 Park Ave, take the 99 bus towards New Carrollton Metro Station. Once you arrive at the New Carrollton Metro Station, transfer to the Orange Line towards Vienna/Fairfax-GMU. Ride for 7 stops and get off at the L'Enfant Plaza station. From L'Enfant Plaza, transfer to the Yellow Line towards Greenbelt and ride for 2 stops to Gallery Place-Chinatown. Finally, transfer to the Red Line towards Glenmont and ride for 4 stops to the Shaw-Howard University station. From there, walk approximately 10 minutes to 815 V St NW, Washington, DC 20001.

Start at the Annapolis City Dock. Walk north along the waterfront to Main St. Turn left on Main St and continue to West St. Follow West St until you reach the Annapolis Transit Bus Station. Take the 99 bus towards New Carrollton Metro Station and follow the same Metro directions as described above.
