From the center of Annapolis, head east on West Street toward the harbor. Continue straight to Cross Street and take a left. Walk along Cross Street until it intersects with Main Street. Turn right onto Main Street, which will lead you to the waterfront. Follow the waterfront path south until you reach the end of the promenade. You will see signs for the Water Taxi. Take the Water Taxi to Fells Point in Baltimore, which is a short ride. Once you arrive at Fells Point, walk along Thames Street until you reach 1730 Thames St. The Cat's Eye Pub will be on your right.

From the downtown area of Annapolis, walk to the nearest bus stop located at West Street and Church Circle. Take the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) bus #70 towards Baltimore.
