Walking
From the Maryland State House, head north on State Circle toward East Street. Continue on East Street until you reach West Street. Turn left onto West Street and walk straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Main Street. Turn right onto Main Street and keep walking for another 0.5 miles until you reach the waterfront. From there, you can catch a water taxi or head to the Annapolis Transit bus stop on the dock that takes you to the nearest metro station.
Public Bus
If you are near the Annapolis Mall, catch the Annapolis Transit bus Route 7 towards Eastport. Get off at the Eastport Shopping Center stop. From there, transfer to Route 10 towards the New Carrollton Metro Station and ride it until you reach the L'Enfant Plaza Metro Station. Once you arrive at L'Enfant Plaza, transfer to the Yellow Line towards Greenbelt and disembark at the Gallery Place-Chinatown Station. From there, transfer to the Red Line towards Glenmont and get off at the NoMa-Gallaudet U Station. Exit the station and walk east on Florida Ave NE until you reach Okie St NE.
