Turn left onto Main Street and walk until you reach the waterfront. Once you reach the water, look for the Annapolis City Dock. From there, you can take a water taxi to Washington, DC. The taxi will take you to the National Harbor area, where you can catch a bus or metro to reach the East Potomac Park.

Exit the station and walk west towards the Tidal Basin. You can enter East Potomac Park from Ohio Drive SW.
