Get off at the stop near the intersection of Brandywine Road and Surratts Road. From there, walk about 5 minutes northeast on Brandywine Road to reach the Surratt House Museum at 9118 Brandywine Rd.

If you're feeling adventurous, rent a bicycle from one of the local bike rental shops in Annapolis. Start from the City Dock area and head south on West Street. Follow West Street until it becomes Forest Drive, then continue onto the South River Bridge. After crossing the bridge, take a left onto Route 2 South. Follow Route 2 until you reach the intersection with Brandywine Road. Turn right onto Brandywine Road and pedal for about 10 minutes until you see the Surratt House Museum on your left.
