From downtown Annapolis, walk to the nearest bus stop on West Street. Board the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) Route 70 bus heading towards Washington, DC. Stay on the bus for approximately 30-40 minutes. Disembark at the 'Maine Ave SW & 7th St SW' stop. From there, walk 5 minutes south on Maine Avenue to reach The Wharf DC at 760 Maine Ave SW.

Head to the Annapolis City Dock located at 1 Dock St. Purchase a ticket for the Water Taxi service to the Southwest Waterfront. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Upon arrival at the dock near The Wharf, walk a short distance to 760 Maine Ave SW.

Bicycle Rental
Rent a bicycle from a local bike rental shop in Annapolis, such as Annapolis Bike Rental on Main Street. Cycle towards the scenic Baltimore Annapolis Trail. Continue along the trail until you reach the intersection with Route 50. Follow the signs for Route 50 heading towards Washington, DC. Once you reach the city, navigate to Maine Avenue SW to arrive at The Wharf DC, approximately 10-15 minutes of biking from the city center.

If you are near the Annapolis City Dock, start walking west on Dock Street until you reach West Street. Turn left on West Street and continue until you reach Route 50. Follow the pedestrian paths toward the Washington, DC area. This is a long walk (approximately 35-40 minutes), but you will enjoy the views along the way. Once you reach Maine Avenue SW, head south to arrive at The Wharf DC.
