If you are driving from Assateague Island National Seashore, head west on Assateague Island Access Road. Merge onto MD-611 N / Stephen Decatur Highway. Continue on MD-611 N for approximately 7 miles until you reach the intersection with MD-528 N. Turn left onto MD-528 N and continue for about 3 miles. Then, turn right onto US-50 E / Ocean Gateway. Continue on US-50 E for about 4 miles, then take the exit toward MD-818 S / Berlin. Follow the signs to Berlin, and then turn left onto Jefferson Street. The Mermaid Museum® will be on your right at 4 Jefferson St, Berlin, MD 21811.
