If you are driving, start from the Assateague Island National Seashore visitor center. Head northwest on MD-611 N for about 6 miles until you reach the intersection with US-50 E. Merge onto US-50 E and continue for approximately 12 miles. Take the exit toward Ocean City and merge onto Coastal Hwy (MD-528). Continue on Coastal Hwy for about 2 miles, then turn left onto S Philadelphia Ave. Sunset Park will be on your right at 700 S Philadelphia Ave. Note that parking is available nearby, but may incur a fee during peak seasons.
