If you are driving, use your GPS to navigate to 501 E Pratt St, Baltimore, MD 21202. From I-95 N, take exit 53 toward I-395 N/Baltimore. Continue straight to stay on I-395 N. Follow signs for Baltimore Harbor and merge onto W Conway St. Continue onto E Pratt St. The National Aquarium will be on your right. There is parking available nearby, but expect to pay around $20 for the day at the nearest parking garage.

Board any train heading towards 'Hunt Valley' or 'BWI Marshall Airport' and get off at the 'Camden Yards' station. From there, it’s about a 15-minute walk to the National Aquarium.
