    Car

    If you're driving to The Walters Art Museum, start by getting onto I-95 N from your current location. Continue on I-95 N for approximately 30 km. Take exit 53 for I-395 N towards Baltimore and merge onto I-395 N. Follow signs for downtown Baltimore. Keep right at the fork to continue on I-395 N, and then take the exit toward Conway St. Continue on Conway St, which will turn into W Baltimore St, and then turn left onto N Charles St. The museum will be on your right at 600 N Charles St, Baltimore, MD 21201. Parking is available nearby, but be aware that parking may incur costs depending on the facility.

    Public Transportation

    For those using public transportation, locate your nearest bus or light rail station. If you're starting from Washington D.C., take the MARC Train Penn Line towards Baltimore. Disembark at Baltimore Penn Station. From the station, you can catch the Light RailLink (light rail) towards Hunt Valley. Get off at the Baltimore Arena stop. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk to the museum. Head southwest on S Howard St, turn left onto W Baltimore St, and then right onto N Charles St. The museum will be on your right. Be sure to check the schedules and fares for the MARC and Light RailLink, as there may be costs associated with your travel.
