    From any location in Bethesda, make your way to the Bethesda Metro Station, which is located at 7300 Wisconsin Ave. Take the Red Line train towards Glenmont. Stay on the train for about 11 minutes, and exit at the Dupont Circle station. Once you exit the station, head northwest on 19th St NW towards Connecticut Ave NW. Continue onto 17th St NW, and then turn left onto U St NW. Finally, turn right onto 14th St NW, and you will see Black Cat at 1811 14th St NW.

    Look for the Ride On Bus service, specifically the Route 34, which operates between Bethesda and Washington, DC. Board the bus at the nearest stop to your location in Bethesda. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes, and disembark at the stop at 14th St NW and U St NW. From there, walk south on 14th St NW for two blocks, and you will find Black Cat located at 1811 14th St NW.

  • Bicycle

    If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bike from one of the local bike share programs. Start from downtown Bethesda and head south on Wisconsin Ave. Turn left onto Montgomery Ave, and then right onto Fenton St. Continue to the Sligo Creek Trail and follow it southeast until you reach the intersection with 16th St NW.
