From Bethesda, take the Red Line Metro towards Glenmont. Get off at the Gallery Place-Chinatown station. Transfer to the Yellow or Green Line towards Branch Ave or Greenbelt, respectively. Get off at the L'Enfant Plaza station. From there, walk towards 10 Constitution Ave NW, which is about a 15-minute walk. Head northeast on 7th St SW, then turn left on Independence Ave SW and continue until you reach the garden.

Walk northeast for about 15 minutes to reach 10 Constitution Ave NW.
