From Billy Goat Trail, head northeast on MD-190 E (MacArthur Blvd) towards the intersection with River Rd. Continue for about 2 miles until you reach the intersection with the Clara Barton Parkway. Merge onto the Clara Barton Parkway and continue for approximately 5 miles. Take the exit toward I-495 N (Capital Beltway) and merge onto I-495 N. After about 10 miles, take exit 27A to merge onto VA-7 W toward Leesburg. Continue on VA-7 W for approximately 20 miles. Take the exit toward Fort Evans Rd NE. Merge onto Fort Evans Rd NE, and after about 1 mile, you will find COACH Outlet at 241 Fort Evans Rd NE #699, Leesburg, VA 20176 on your right.

From Billy Goat Trail, walk to the nearest bus stop and take the Ride On Bus 47 towards the Glenmont Metro station. After about a 20-minute ride, get off at the Glenmont Metro station. Board the Metro Red Line train towards Shady Grove and transfer at the Rockville station to the Metro Red Line train towards Glenmont. Ride until you reach the West Falls Church station, where you will transfer to the Silver Line train towards Wiehle-Reston East. Alight at the Wiehle-Reston East station and take the Loudoun County Connector Route 70 towards Leesburg. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the stop closest to Fort Evans Rd NE. From there, it is about a 15-minute walk to COACH Outlet located at 241 Fort Evans Rd NE #699, Leesburg, VA 20176.
